This cosplay costume inspired by Amelia from The Slayers was created by Maridah modifying our circle skirted dress block from the Cosplay Dress Pack vol 2, the jumbo puff sleeve from the Sleeve Pack vol 4, and the leggings from the Leggings & Shorts Pattern Set in size medium, and a back cape panel from Cosplay Cape Pack vol 3 Pattern.
